Thanks to Mindy Gatesman and all the volunteers and attendees of the Senior Wellness Council's "Senior Spring Break" today.  I presented, "Get Your SHINE Together!":  Living a Lifestyle That's Healthy & Humorous.  It was a great time of wonderful food, prizes, entertainment, and educational tips for a healthy lifestyle.  Looking forward to everyone lightening up and showing others how to, "Get Your SHINE Together!"
